Rebecca Soteros was born in 1974 in California, USA, though her specific date of birth remains undisclosed. Her parents, Mark Soteros and Julie Ann Soteros, raised her alongside her younger brother, Joshua Soteros.

Her father runs his own business in California, while her mother is a housewife.

After completing her primary education, Rebecca attended Village Christian School in California, where she graduated in 1992. Following her education, she embarked on a teaching career in Hawaii.

However, her life took a significant turn after she entered into a relationship with Paul Walker and became pregnant with their child, Meadow Walker.

Subsequently, she relocated to California to live with Paul, leading her to step away from her teaching profession for a period.
