
Mitchel Musso, a former Disney Channel star best known for his role on the hit show “Hannah Montana,” was arrested in Rockwall, Texas on Saturday night.

According to the Rockwall Police Department, officers were called to a hotel in the 2600 Block of Lakefront Trail at around 7:15pm on Saturday after receiving a report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant, who said that a man who appeared to be intoxicated had entered the hotel, selected a bag of chips and begun eating them.
When the man was asked to pay for the chips, he became verbally abusive and left without paying. Officers then contacted the man outside the hotel, where he was identified as Musso.
Musso, 32, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and theft. He was also charged with several outstanding traffic warrants. His bail was set at $1,000 for the public intoxication and theft charges, and an additional $1,080 for the traffic warrants.
Musso bonded out of jail on Sunday. It is unclear if he has an attorney.
Musso is a native of Garland, Texas. In addition to “Hannah Montana,” he also had a voice acting role in the animated show “Phineas and Ferb.”
This is not the first time that Musso has been in trouble with the law. In 2011, he was arrested for DUI in California. He was also arrested in 2013 for possession of marijuana.
Musso has not yet commented on his latest arrest.
