Milly Alcock grew up in Sydney alongside her two brothers. Her journey into acting began when she portrayed Little Red Riding Hood in a school play at Taverners Hill Infants School.

She later attended Stanmore Public School and Newtown High School of the Performing Arts. Her big break came in 2018 when she was cast in the show Upright, leading her to leave high school to pursue her acting career.

Alcock’s television debut happened when she was a teenager, featuring in a 2014 episode of the romantic comedy series Wonderland. She then appeared in commercials for various well-known brands.

Her presence on the Disney Channel from 2015 to 2017 further boosted her recognition. In 2017, she landed her first notable roles in the web miniseries High Life and the drama series Janet King.

In the following years, Alcock’s career gained momentum. She played roles in multiple TV shows, including Fighting Season, A Place to Call Home, Pine Gap, and Les Norton. Her big-screen debut came in 2018 with the film The School.
